Are Product checked before shipping ?

Warranty will be void?
If the product is used without stabilizer, warranty will be void.
If the product is not used as per its usage specifications warranty will be void.
This Warranty will be void on removal, tampering or alteration of any identification labels on the product or any of its components including serial number.
Warranty does not cover damages caused due to improper, unauthorized installer, repair, unauthorized modification, physical damage and water log damages or connection of the product to equipment not approved by the Company.
General Terms and Conditons
- The product is used without stabilizer warranty will be void.
- If the product is not used as per its usage specifications warranty will be void.
- Sonoff owes liability of this product not exceeding the selling price of the product in any circumstances. A voltage stabilizer is designed to automatically maintain a constant voltage level for the load to prevent undue power failures.
- Product has to be used in a specific way and for the specified purposes well specified in user’s manual.
- Loss or damages resulting from un-authorized adaptations/adjustments/tampering/improper installation of the product are not covered. Also, Accidental/Physical/Water damages and damages due to High Voltage burnouts are out of the purview.
- Manufacturer takes no direct, indirect or any type of consequential liability of whatsoever nature under any condition, of customer’s appliances functioning or malfunctioning of his/her appliance by or after buying product.
- This Warranty will be void on removal, tampering or alteration of any identification labels on the product or any of its components including serial number.
- Warranty does not cover damages caused due to improper, unauthorized installer, repair, unauthorized modification, physical damage and water log damages or connection of the product to equipment not approved by the Company.
- The Sonoff product box must be opened and installed by a Sonoff authorized personnel/technician else the warranty or any other claim will be void.
Does your product include installation?
No. The Installation charges not included in product price. The installation charges differ from state to state due to transportation and other overheads.
How to claim lost product?
If you face any loss or damage to the product by the courier company, you will need to file a claim to get insurance reimbursement. Ensure that you have all the necessary documentation in place for making the claim. Once you successfully send across the claim and it is accepted, you will get the reimbursement within a period of time. This period depends according to the insurance company and the coverage.
Shiprocket also offers insurance of up to Rs 5000 for damaged and lost goods. In case of an accident, whichever amount is lesser between the insurance amount the order value is given to the Techsarathy.com and Techsarathy.com will refund to the customer.
Warranty Exemptions and Notes
- Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.
- If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), the product’s warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.
What should I do if my products gone faulty after a period of use? During installation or after damages resulting from un-authorized adaptations/adjustments/tampering/improper installation of the product are not covered. Also, Accidental/Physical/Water damages and damages due to High Voltage burnouts are out of the purview. Customer can buy new product asking discount to Sonoff or Authorized dealer. Product replacement warranty for Pro customer.
After successful payment you cannot change your order(Products). Order can be cancel only whitin 2 hours of payment or before ship the product . The refund amount will be reflected to your payment mode within 3-7 working days.
We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product as mentioned in the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 5 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by going to my account section and then to your order, the you will find option for Request Refund. Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue RMA number to return the material. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason.
Items exchanges are only available for items that you received in a non-human damaged or non-working condition or the item is not what you ordered is incorrectly shipped to you. To confirm what the issue is, the picture or video proof of the issue is a must. After returning the item, we will resend a new one for free (we will assume shipping cost) within 7 days or you can ask for a full refund.
